Please address your fax to the attention of your tax preparer;  Or Mail your documentation to our office.    Need an Appointment?  Try our easy to use online Appointment Scheduling System!      For Frank Cassidy:  www.timetrade.com/book/64BW1     For Greg Specht:  www.timetrade.com/book/8FMSQ     For Tom Dewey: www.timetrade.com/book/PGPBN  Appointment and Documentation Deadlines: To provide all of our customers with the attention they deserve and to comply with tax filing deadlines, all in-office appointments must be completed prior to April 10, 2020.  Any necessary documentation provided after April 10, 2020 will result in your return being put on a filing extension, and completed after April 15, 2020.     Arrive Prepared and Ready to save time:     Have all necessary tax documentation ready and submitted timely.  Double check accuracy of all information.      Provide documentation on any Foreign Bank Accounts to avoid any related IRS penalties.  These accounts have special reporting and compliance requirements.       Real Estate transactions - provide your HUD settlement sheet for any real estate sale or purchase in 2019.         Local Taxes can vary; be sure to bring any local tax forms you have received.
